RETURNS

ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, SALE OR DISCOUNTED ARE FINAL SALE. THERE WOULD BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

All orders will be honored with a store credit only.
your item must arrive back to us within 10 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt.

Original tags must be attached. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

3. CONTACT FORMS

Inside your package, please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout.
Orders that are shipped free: Shipping fees will be deducted from online credit on orders that are less than $150.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Our store does not provide return shipping labels. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
If you have an excessive amount of returns, we will start applying a 15% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.
Before starting a return below, please double check your return still falls within the allowable days to ensure it does not get rejected. Any returned package that arrives back after the 10th day would be sent back regardless of approval.

The return package must arrive to us on or before the 10th day from when you received your package and or initial delivery attempt.
